Nemo Lighting Potence Pivotante Wall Lamp Design by Charlotte Perriand
Italian Nemo has re-launched the strikingly minimalist wall light Charlotte Perriand designed in 1938.
Potence Pivotante is an L-shaped light that rotates 180 degrees on the wall and features a long and slender aluminium arm. Its round opal glass shade conceals a halogen bulb that can be dimmed with the dimmer on the power cord. With its large scale and timeless, reduced form Potence Pivotante makes a perfect statement light in both private and public contexts.

French Architect and Designer Charlotte PerriandÂ
Charlotte Perriand was a French architect and designer. Her work aimed to create functional living spaces in the belief that better design helps in creating a better society.  Charlotte liked to take her time in a space before starting the design process. Her approach to design includes taking in the site and appreciating it for what it is. Perriand felt she connected with any site she was working with or just visiting she enjoyed the living things and would reminisce on a site that was presumed dead.
