&tradition’s Village in Copenhagen is meant to be a platform for artists and designers to revamp the overall feel of the space in their own design lingo. The layout of the white and airy space was therefore redesigned by Studiopepe in order to add an extra dimension of intimacy: ambience and emotion were infact key focal points as the challenge was to create a different narrative in each space. Studiopepe worked on coloured curtains, upholstered paneling, light installations and a wallpaper that reinterprets classic landscapes to create rooms with a view. The featured interiors are reminiscent of film sets and archetypical spaces, thus creating subtle, unspoken stories that simultaneously overlap.
